Geography and growth
Providing the homes people want, where they are needed is one of the key aims of Longhurst Group's Improving Lives 2025 strategy.
To achieve our strategy’s ambitious vision in developing circa 600 new homes a year, Longhurst Group is keen to talk to you about, contractor-led package deals, land-led opportunities and Section 106 opportunities.
We have the experience, skills and capacity to share risk on larger mixed tenure developments and joint venture contract arrangements.
Keystone Developments
Keystone was originally formed in 2001 to meet the growing demand for purpose-designed retirement living developments.
Its remit has expanded, acting as the primary investment vehicle for development joint ventures. Keystone also supports Longhurst Group by offering an alternative brand and marketing strategy for mixed tenure developments.
