New homes coming to Leicestershire

Working with William Davis, we're bringing affordable homes to two sought-after locations in Leicestershire.

Honeysuckle Rise in Burton on the Wolds is situated in north Leicestershire, just three miles from Loughborough. A selection of 15 semi-detached Shared Ownership homes will soon be ready to reserve. 

In the south of the county in Market Harborough is Wellington Place, another affordable development in an equally idyllic location. There are two property types available, with the option to purchase between a 45 percent and 75 percent share of the lease.
