We use Homes England grant funding to underpin our site acquisition programme across the East Midlands and East of England.
This grant, combined with our own funding arrangements, enables us to competitively secure sites and pay market value for residential land.
Case study – Great Gonerby, Grantham, Lincolnshire
This 4.87 acre site was purchased in November 2019, once planning permission had been secured. Work started on site in August 2020 to build 46 mixed-tenure affordable dwellings.
