Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) 2023/24: sample questions
To help us meet the requirements of the Tenancy Satisfaction Measures (TSM), we work with independent market research specialists to carry out four customer surveys each year.
All landlords must ask customers the same 12 questions, which are detailed in the sample surveys below.
