Why we've withdrawn from the rental exchange scheme

We wanted to let our customers know that we’ve withdrawn from the Rental Exchange scheme.

The initiative – launched by credit reference agency Experian and The Big Issue Group – sees a customer’s rent payments included on their credit report.

However, the scheme was not widely used by our customers and therefore we’ve taken the decision to withdraw from it.
