Contacting us by phone as a leaseholder

The telephone number which leaseholders can use to contact us is changing this summer.

The decision has been taken that, from 1 July, we’ll remove our dedicated leasehold phone number. After this date, leasehold customers are asked to get in touch by calling our main switchboard on 0300 123 1745.

Statistics show that we’ve had particularly low volumes of calls to the leasehold line and that it can often take longer for our colleagues to answer the few calls that we’ve received.

As part of the changes we’ve made to reshape our repairs service, we’ve recently employed more colleagues in our Contact Centre and so we anticipate that you’ll receive a better, more efficient service by simply using our main number.
