New gas contractor being sought

Our current contractor, Mears Limited, will continue to deliver our repairs and voids service until the new contracts come into force on 1 July.

Meanwhile, as you may know, Mears is also responsible for delivering our gas and heating repairs service. Following our decision on the repairs and voids contracts, Mears gave six months’ notice on the heating contract and so we’re now working on plans to put alternative arrangements in place.
