We’ve packed the magazine with updates from across our services, as well as including some of our returning favourites.
We’ve got examples of how we’ve used your feedback to make improvements to our services and we showcase how colleagues in our Customer Contact Centre have been upskilled to make our repairs line more efficient
There are some lovely stories of improvements being made at schemes in Peterborough and Nottinghamshire, while one of our newest Scheme Managers takes part in our Day in the Life feature.
Residents at Willow Court in Whittlesey have been busy collecting Easter Eggs as part of a campaign to put smiles on children’s faces this Easter.
