The Hub hits major milestone as 1,000 customers sign up
Have you signed up to The Hub – our newest customer engagement platform?
The Hub has seen more than 1,100 of our customers register an account to allow them to have their say on topics that matter to them.
Since The Hub went live, customers have been involved in various scrutiny projects, used the platform to find out more about residents’ associations and Scheme Manager roles and taken part in competitions with the chance of winning some great prizes.
We’ve currently got dozens of projects on The Hub covering a range of different topics and we want to hear from you, our customers, to help us improve standards and enhance the services we provide.
Helen Bird, Customer Engagement Manager, said: “We’re pleased with the response to The Hub and there’s been some great feedback from customers.
“Lots of projects have been very popular – including our Glorious Gardens competition - and we’d love more customers to register and get involved.
“Your input is invaluable in helping us to improve what we do. By signing up and taking part in projects, you’ll be helping us to shape what we do and improve the services we provide.
I’d like to thank all those customers that have got involved so far. We really appreciate the feedback and we’re looking forward to working with you all even more moving forward.
