Hello and welcome to the latest edition of Our Voice – Longhurst Group’s customer magazine.
The longer days are here, temperatures are getting warmer and summer is well and truly under way.
There’s been lots happening at Longhurst Group since our last edition, so we’ve tried to cover as much of this as possible in the magazine as well as retaining some of our regular features.
You can read about the support we have available to customers to help them sustain their tenancies on page 6, while information about our new grounds maintenance contractors and how customers helped us select these is on page 7.
The winners of our Community Heroes Awards have been announced and can be found on pages 10 and 11.
Our Money Advisor Angie Noble has written her Day in the Life feature on page 13, while the Money Advice Team has put together some more useful tips and advice on page 14.
One of our customers, Mark, has also spoken about how the support of the Money Advice Team has helped change his life. His story can be read on page 15.
Our Glorious Gardens competition relaunch is on page 16, and there are five top tips on keeping safe online while job hunting on page 17.
I hope you enjoy this edition of the magazine and, as always, if you have any feedback or suggestions for future editions, please email communications@longhurst-group.org.uk or write to me using the postal address on the back of the magazine.
