We know that the festive period can put a strain on your finances, but we want you to know that we’re here to help.
Colleagues in our Income Recovery Team often find themselves speaking to customers who’ve overstretched their budgets and are struggling to pay their rent.
It’s important that you speak to us if you find yourself in this situation, and we’ll always look to support you.
We regularly receive positive feedback from customers about our Income Recovery Team. One customer said our colleagues were “always really helpful and very friendly”, while another said they were “nice and helpful and they had no judgement.”
