Meeting requirements

The following information sets out how we meet the requirements of this standard:

Our Asset Investment Strategy 2024-2030 describes how we will provide safe and well-maintained homes in accordance with the Government’s Decent Homes Standard.

We also follow the government’s Housing Health and Safety Rating System to assess the condition of our homes to ensure they are fit for purpose and free from health and safety hazards.

We carry out detailed stock condition surveys to check the condition of our properties to make sure they are of good quality, safe and well maintained. Further information about our surveys can be found here.

Our policies and guidance documents detail how we comply with our duties under health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
