Home safety
We take the safety of you and your family very seriously and want to make sure you feel safe and secure in your home.
We've put together some information about what we do to keep you safe, the checks we carry out and how you can help to keep your home free from common dangers.
Home safety – getting the basics right
We're committed to making sure every home we manage has:
- A safe electrical and gas supply
- Regular inspections and services for heating and electrical installations.
For our flats and other properties with communal areas we also make sure there are:
- Up-to-date fire risk assessments and an evacuation plan
- Regular inspections of lifts and lifting equipment.
Home safety – what you can do
You can also take some simple precautions to make sure your home is free from health and safety hazards.
