Customer assurance has been given by the LGCF to review policies prior to being presented to the Board for their approval and later to be uploaded and published on the Longhurst Group website.
These policies include:
- Fire safety
- Lettings
- Starter tenancy
- Tenancy and management
- Mutual exchanges
- Estate management
- Housing transfer
- Hate crime and anti-social behaviour
- Debt collection
- Leasehold management
- Domestic and commercial heating
- Electrical safety
Additionally, policy status updates were provided at each meeting by the Policy and Strategy Coordinator.
