Our Money Advice team is here to help you

Whether you’re struggling to repay debt, want to manage your outgoings better and make sure your rent account isn’t going to fall into arrears, or are not sure whether you’re entitled to claim benefits, our Money Advisors are on hand.

They’ll always act in your best interests and have a proven track record in helping customers to manage their
finances.

In the last financial year, 968 customers were referred to the team.

Our advisors helped these customers with a total of £439,519 worth of debt and reclaimed backdated benefits to
the tune of £97,587.

In total, during the financial year, the Money Advice Team also assisted these customers with ongoing benefit
claims worth £1,328,417.

The team will never judge customers and their individual circumstances and really are here to help.

One of our Money Advisors, Angie Noble, said: “The most rewarding element of my job is when somebody that was struggling and in arrears gets sorted and has more income available to them, with no arrears.

Seeing that person no longer worrying about their finances fills me with joy.
