Getting started
Welcome to your new home.
When you move in, your gas supply will be capped off and our gas contractor, Aaron Services, will need to attend to complete a gas safety check and service and train you on using the heating system.
You'll need to arrange this with Aaron Services and they'll aim to send an engineer to you within three working days at a time to suit you.
Call Aaron Services on 0800 111 4013 as soon as possible to arrange an appointment.
Your gas meter
If your new home has a pre-payment meter, a top up card will be supplied to you at sign up. It's your responsibility to register your name on the meter before our contractor attends.
In order for the gas safety check and service to be completed, you must make sure there's a minimum of £5 credit on your meter.
I have a renewable heating system, what do I need to do?
If your new home has a renewable heating system, such as an air source heat pump, please also contact Aaron Services to arrange for the appliance to be serviced and for training on the system.
My hot water system or central heating isn't working, what do I do?
We’ve teamed up with our heating servicing, repairs and installations contractor Aaron Services to provide some quick fixes that you can try if you find that you’ve got no heating or hot water.
