Coronavirus: Our offices to remain closed
09 July 2020
As an organisation, our overriding approach to the challenges posed by the Coronavirus pandemic has been to ensure we’re doing all we can to protect our customers and colleagues.
With social distancing and other restrictions likely to remain in place for some time, this will remain our main focus and, at this stage - given the information we have – we do not expect any of our offices to reopen to the public before the end of the year.
But that doesn’t mean our support for our customers will change – we’re still here for you.
Our colleagues will continue to keep in regular contact with customers over the phone or via other digital methods such as email.
While you won’t be able to visit our offices in person for the foreseeable future, if you need to contact us, you can call on 0300 123 1745, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), or by completing a Contact Us form here.
If you’re experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic or otherwise, our dedicated team of income and money advice experts are here to support you – even if they’re not currently able to meet with you face-to-face.
They can call you to assess all of your options and ensure that you’re accessing any support you are entitled to. They can also provide help through our new debt advice service offered through PayPlan.
Please do not suffer in silence. There are options available to you, and we are here to help. Call 0300 123 1745 and press 2 to speak to the Income Team. For more information about our Money Advice service, click here.
We’ll keep the situation surrounding our offices under review over the coming weeks and months and will share more information as soon as we’re in a position to do so.
In the meantime, we’d like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
