Customers encouraged to access Four Million Homes online resource

Customers can access an online resource which is designed to improve engagement between landlords and social housing residents.
Four Million Homes has been launched by the Confederation of Co-operative Housing (CCH) and aims to help customers learn how to take an active role in how their home is managed through a series of workshops, forums and online resources.
The programme aims to support effective engagement between landlords and customers and empower them to hold landlords to account.
The Four Million Homes website has a series of workshops, forums and online materials to achieve these aims and help customers get involved and exercise their rights.
