Our Bluebell Place development near Peterborough has proved popular with potential buyers. Dozens of people flocked to an event to learn more about the development in Eye Green. As a result of the pre-launch event, a number of reservations were made on the day, with more expected in the coming weeks.

Bluebell Place lies a few miles north of Peterborough and will provide residents with a mix of modern convenience and rural living, set close to local amenities and a nature reserve.

New Homes Sales Manager, Lindsey Sissons, said she was not surprised at the level of interest in the development due to its location.

She said: “We held this exclusive event after more than 100 people registered with us for more information about the development.

It is a perfect location for a whole range of personal circumstances.

“There was a very high level of interest at the event and people were very impressed with the layout of the development and in the properties themselves.

“We had a steady flow of interested people throughout the day, which created a great atmosphere.

“The popularity of this development doesn’t surprise me as it is a lovely village location, close to the centre of Peterborough with great access links to the A47.

“It is a perfect location for a whole range of personal circumstances.”

Bluebell Place comprises 67 properties including 17 Shared Ownership homes and 14 properties for Outright Sale or Help to Buy. The remaining properties will be available on various rental tenures and all are either two, three or four bedroom homes.
