General enquiries phone lines to close for colleague training

Our general enquiries phone line for legacy Longhurst Group customers will be closed on three occasions for colleague training.

The dates of these closures are:

• Tuesday 18 February
• Tuesday 25 February
• Thursday 3 April

During the closure of the general enquiries line, our repairs and emergency repairs lines will remain open. You’ll only be able to report repairs on these lines.

You can still contact us by completing the form on our website here.

Please don’t call the legacy Grand Union number during these closures as your enquiry is unlikely to be able to be processed.
