Heron Park live launch event proves a success

Dozens of potential new homeowners logged on to a virtual launch of our new housing development in Boston.

We are delivering the Heron Park development, which will be made up of two and three bedroom homes available for Shared Ownership and social rent.

Due to ongoing Coronavirus restrictions, we held the virtual launch on Facebook Live to give interested people more information.

Alison Parry, New Homes Officer, was part of the team which presented the live broadcast to launch the first phase of the development.

She said: “We’re really pleased to be bringing Heron Park to the market and believe it offers some wonderful opportunities to help people get onto the property ladder.

“The development is ideally located for all types of living and there are some lovely homes being built there.

“Our Shared Ownership properties have proved very popular right across our operating areas and, with Boston being one of our main areas, we wanted to make sure people had plenty of opportunity to find out about the properties on offer at Heron Park.

“I’m delighted that so many people were able to join our live broadcast, during which we released our price list, talked viewers through the different house types and answered dozens of questions.

“We’ve since received a number of positive enquiries about the properties and I’m sure they’ll soon be snapped up.”

The live event, which was held on Wednesday, 23 September, has been viewed more than 450 times and had a peak of 36 viewers watching at any one time.
