Interest in luxury Lincoln development continues to grow after launch event
26 October 2017
MORE than 100 people attended an exclusive launch event as interest continues to grow in Home Grange – a unique and stunning new housing development south of Lincoln City Centre.
Built in partnership between Keystone Developments and Gusto Homes, Home Grange will comprise of 36 one and two-bedroom ground, first and second floor apartments, exclusively for the over 55’s.
The development, which is due to be completed in March/April 2018, is located adjacent to the 50-acre, Grade II listed Boultham Park – a location which also benefits from excellent local amenities and city-centre access.
Those who had already registered their interest in the development were invited to the recent launch event at the nearby St Peter & St Paul’s Church Hall on Skellingthorpe Road.
Guests were treated to a guided tour of the immaculately-appointed one and two-bedroom apartments and they were clearly impressed by what they saw, with several reservations being taken on the day.
Director of Development and Sales, Nick Worboys, said: “We’ve had a phenomenal response to Home Grange. Welcoming so many people on the day and taking so many off plan reservations is testament to the quality of these luxuriously appointed apartments, the location, local amenities and transport links to the city centre.”
Steff Wright, Chief Executive of Gusto Group, added: “When we purchased the Home Grange site next to Boultham Park it was always our intention to build a high quality luxury living development as the location is so well-suited for a retirement lifestyle.
“Our partnership with Longhurst Group and Keystone brings together their history of developing and running other retirement schemes and the design and construction experience of Gusto Homes and SGA Architects.”
As well as luxuriously-furnished homes, elegant communal lounge and on-site guest facilities, Home Grange will also boast a stunning piece of local art.
Taking centre stage in the development will be The Golden Knight, designed by Lincoln artist Peter Segasby, after the sculpture was bought by the developers at auction.
The Golden Knight formed part of the Lincoln Knights’ Trail in 2017, which celebrated the 800th anniversary of the Battle of Lincoln and the sealing of the Charter of the Forest.
Prices at Home Grange start from £150,000 for one bedroomed and £165,000 for two bedroomed apartments. Viewings can be arranged through appointed estate agents Pygott & Crone.
