Our latest annual report and financial statements have now been published.
The 2023/24 report, titled ‘Stronger Foundations, showcases our performance over the last 12 months and highlights the challenges we’ve faced and how we’ve tackled them.
It also showcases our commitment to further improving our services for our customers.
We’ve once again hosted the report on an interactive online platform to create a more engaging experience for our audience and it contains animated graphics, video testimonials and customer stories to highlight the positive difference that we make to our customers, colleagues and communities.
Julie Doyle, Chief Executive, said: “It’s been another challenging 12 months for the housing sector as registered providers retain our aim of improving our services and building more affordable homes while navigating the head winds of a cost of living crisis and the economic uncertainty that brings.
“The pressure, focus and scrutiny on the sector remain significant and we’ve responded by ruthlessly prioritising where and how we invest, reviewing our offer to ensure we’re delivering the services our customers need while challenging our colleagues to get back to basics and improve performance.
“We’ve made structural adjustments and added resource to our operational teams while focusing on our processes and how we use our systems.
“Our colleagues have taken real ownership of the issues and embraced new ways of working that have fostered better collaboration and greater efficiency.
“All of this has contributed to a significant reduction in the number of outstanding repairs and complaints and, working closer with our contractors, we’ve seen customer satisfaction with repairs improve.”
