New community service launched in Rutland
13 April 2017
A new service aiming to improve the health and wellbeing of people living in Rutland has recently been launched.
Community Wellness is a new integrated service that brings together the expertise of several local organisations, including Spire Homes.
Launched at the beginning of April, the service is coordinated by the newly formed Rutland Access Partnership (RAP) and is funded by Rutland County Council and East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group.
RAP is led by Citizens Advice Rutland in partnership with Spire Homes and The Bridge (East Midlands), with services delivered by Age UK and Vista.
