New grounds maintenance customer portals launched

We’ve launched new portals to help customers track their grounds maintenance service.

This new functionality will help customers see when we’re next due to carry out the service at their home, as well as when we last visited.

The portals, which are easy to use via a simple postcode lookup, can be found here.

Fallon Warren, Head of Environment and Sustainability, said: “Enabling customers to track their grounds maintenance service is important, so we’re delighted to have launched our new portals.

“We’ve worked closely with our contractors to get these live and I hope customers will find them useful.

“I’d also like to thank our customers for their patience while we set up the portals.”

For any customers who don’t have internet access, they can call us on 0800 111 4013 and one of our colleagues will be able to tell them when their last visit was and when the next one is due.
