Over 100 people attend new development launch

The first 10 luxury bungalows of a new Keystone development have been reserved, following a recent marketing event that attracted over 100 visitors.

Carrington Gardens is a 40-acre, 400-property development being built on Humberston Avenue in Humberston.

Set in beautifully landscaped gardens and featuring a 200-unit retirement village, it comprises a series of one and two bedroom bungalows that will provide luxury living for people aged 55 and over.

The £51m project is being delivered by Keystone Developments and Westleigh Development Partnership Ltd.

The launch event, which was hosted by Keystone and Pygott & Crone, took place at Virgin Country Club, opposite the site of the new development, on Sunday, 2 April.

Those in attendance were able to see the new homes and gain an appreciation of what the final development will look like.

 Alan West (65) from Grimsby was the first person to reserve one of the one-bedroom bungalows.

“I’m absolutely delighted to have secured my new home,” he said.

“It really is a dream come true as I’ve had my eye on these properties since they first started being built, and that’s why I was first in the queue at the launch.

 “They are so attractive and pleasing on the eye. They all look different and have their own individual character. You can really see the attention to detail that’s gone into designing each one.

“The new homes just complement the existing properties on Humberston Avenue so well. It’s going to be a brilliant place to live.”

A marketing suite, which will be open between 10am and 5pm from Tuesday until Saturday, will be on site in the near future. It will give interested parties further opportunity to look at the properties and the wider development.
