We’re delighted to have officially become Amplius.

Our new organisation has been created following the merger of Longhurst Group and Grand Union Housing Group.

We now own and manage more than 37,000 homes across the Midlands, East and Southeast of England and have more than 1,400 colleagues.

We’re driven to have a positive impact on people’s lives and provide affordable homes that make a difference.

Customers can then click on the button relevant to your legacy landlord to find information relating to you.

You’ll also continue to call us using the same number as you have done previously.
