Sleaford Housing related support provides adult housing related support provides supported accommodation of 21 units for 21 adults.

The crash bed service provides supported accommodation of one unit as a rough sleeper provision. 

Temporary accommodation service provides supported accommodation of two units for two individuals/families if you're eligible for help through the local authority. 

The family+ service provides supported accommodation of one unit for one young family who has a child or individual who is expecting.  

Floating support service provides 15 spaces for customers who need support in their own home.

Facilities:

Adult housing related support offers 14 partly furnished units with communal facilities (kitchen, bathrooms and livings area). This service also offers five individual dispersed flats that are partly furnished for those that are able to manage living semi-independently with minimal support. 

The cash bed service offers one partly furnished unit and communal facilities (kitchen, bathroom and living area).

Temporary accommodation service offers two individual flats that are partly furnished.

The family+ service offers one individual flat that ss partly furnished. 

Facilities that related to all include, car parking and cycle rack. 

Support:

Accommodation services provides 24 hour support which includes night provision. 

Floating support service provides 9am - 5pm support from Monday to Friday. 

All services provide support to adults who require support due to being homeless or being at risk of homelessness.

Dedicated staff are on hand to help customers develop independent living skills, whilst offering support and advice on education, employment, training, meaningful use of time, housing related concerns, debt advice and support to engage with specialised services for mental and physical health concerns.Â
