The Home from Home Service aims to reduce some of the barriers to moving by easing the pressure and concerns of the moving process on both new residents and their families.
We are dedicated to making sure that those who need a new home within an assisted living setting are ready to make the move.
What is the Home from Home Service?
We provide a range of services that can be arranged from the moment a place at Willow Court is accepted. Every resident who moves into the scheme will be offered three services free of charge to help ensure that everyone has a comfortable first night:

How do I access the Home from Home Service?
If you have already registered your interest in Willow Court - A member of the team will contact you once you have secured your apartment to discuss your requirements for moving in.
This helps us to tailor a package for you, which can best meet your needs, ensuring your move is as stress and worry free as possible.
If you haven’t already registered your interest in Willow Court – This service is only available for residents moving into Willow Court. You will need to register your interest first. You can do so via our website or over the phone 0800 111 4013.
