The team at Willow Court were friendly, helpful and took us through all the details we needed to know to make us confident to move in.
All our questions and concerns were answered. We moved into our independent living home, it was easy to settle in and quickly felt like home. The manager and staff have been respectful, helpful, friendly and patient.
Knowing extra care is available when the need arises is very reassuring. The careers are very friendly and respectful, always happy to help.
The apartment, which is a two bedroom home, has everything incorporated to make life easier. It is spacious and modern, and includes outdoor space so that we can have a pretty area outside.
The communal restaurant/lounge is tasteful and comfortable with a lovely view over the gardens. Perfect when seated for dinner with comfortable chairs to sit in whilst dining on a three course meal. It is lovely to talk with other residents and make new friends.
Willow Court, for us is wonderful, it ensures our independence with the knowledge that we will have a team of people to call on when our health starts to decline in the years ahead. We are pleased to have control of our health life choices now that we are here.
