Praise for Tenancy Sustainment Officer Brian after helping family get back on track
“He’s changed our lives for the better.”
That’s the glowing reference from one of our customers about Tenancy Sustainment Officer Brian Noble after he helped a Latvian family get back on track.
Anna Jansons* said her family found themselves in an unhappy place due to her husband’s unemployment. His age and language barriers had stopped him finding work and this led to her and her daughter being depressed and unhappy.
However, Anna said Brian’s quick thinking and can-do attitude helped the family turn the situation around, with her husband now working with community interest company East Marsh Construction.
Anna added: “We saw no way out of our situation, but Brian quickly figured it out.
“He made a great decision in helping my husband find a job, and everything then happened very quickly.
He got the job and the house then became a calmer and quieter place.
“Brian also helped me sort out my house and find storage space for my things – we’ve got a lot more room now.
“He also helped my daughter with information on how to get into studying and volunteering.
I’m very grateful to Brian for his help. He’s changed our lives for the better.
“He’s a very understanding person, is fast-orientated in any situation and always finds the right solution.
“To me, he’s a person who helped change my life for the better, and my husband and daughter are happier too.
“I’d like to say a big thank you to Brian.”
