Willow Court, Whittlesey – your questions answered
Assisted Living means we provide you with the appropriate amount of support you need so that you can continue to live well and independently within your new home.
You may also hear it being described as extra care housing or retirement living with care.
At Willow Court, this means having access to 24-hour care, delivered 365 days a year by our on-site team as well as:
- Bespoke care packages to suit your individual needs
- The provision of a quality, nutritionally balanced midday meal all-year round.
- A modern pull cord alarm service throughout the building.
Our aim at Willow Court is to offer a place to live that is safe and affordable.
Rent and service charges
Total weekly rent is inclusive of rent, service charge, personal service charge.
Please note, all charges are reviewed every 12 months and may be subject to change. You may also be entitled to housing benefit to help pay the cost. For the full break down of costs please speak to a member of the team.
Care and support
Care services are charged based on a person’s individual needs. The registered care manager will work with you to put together a care to suit your needs.
Many residents can receive benefit entitlements to support the cost of their care and we will advise you when you apply.
Every resident who moves into the Willow Court will be offered free access to our Home from Home Service to help ensure that every new arrival has a comfortable first night.
