Who we work with

We work in collaboration with trusted partners to respond to local need by delivering affordable housing and care and support services in areas where they're most needed.

Homes England

As a Strategic Partner of Homes England, we'll deliver 1,685 new affordable units by March 2024, providing a mix of Shared Ownership, affordable rent and social rent homes, along with general needs and supported properties.

Homes for Cathy

We’re proud to be a member of Homes for Cathy, a national alliance of housing associations, homelessness charities and local authorities dedicated to raising awareness of the needs of homeless people.

We’re working to meet nine commitments for Homes for Cathy, which are helping to shape and develop our policies and practices on ending homelessness.

Homes for Cathy was formed to mark the 50th anniversary of the influential Ken Loach film Cathy Come Home in 2016. The film led to a public outcry about the problem of homelessness.

The Homes for Cathy group works with the National Housing Federation, Shelter, Crisis and other groups campaigning for homeless people.

Blue Skies Consortium

Formed in 2006, the Blue Skies Consortium is a collection of 11 registered providers that works together to develop homes that meet localised housing needs.

Originally formed for the purposes of obtaining Homes England funding, the consortium is jointly-led by ourselves and Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA).

The consortium, which is regarded as one of the most respected developers in the Midlands, has also established OJEU compliant Contractor and Consultant frameworks, joint legal work and promotes partnership working among its members.

The consortium is open to new members - find out more here.

Our land requirements

Providing the homes people want, where they're needed is one of the key aims of our Improving Lives 2025 strategy.

To achieve our strategy's ambitious vision of developing 1,000 new homes a year, we're looking for new land opportunities across the East Midlands and East of England and our dedicated Land Team is actively sourcing and acquiring new sites for development.

If you have a site that might meet our criteria, please contact the Land Team to discuss further
